Mr. Mike Turman
John Michael Turman is the Chief Operations Officer for The Turman Group which has been in operation for 40 years. The Turman Group as a whole employs 450 employees.

The Group is a combination of land development and vertical integration of Wood Products. Land is purchased, the trees are harvested and then additional value added occurs at one of the Groups six sawmill facilities. Fifty million board feet of lumber is dried each year in the kiln drying facilities. The Turman Group has recently added a hard flooring facility and a Log Home division.

Mike Turman is very involved in his community. He has coached at the sandlot level for twenty years and also built a gym/work out facility for the Floyd County Community.
