Before joining VEB in 2000, Mitchell was employed by American Research Corporation of Virginia, The National FFA Organization, Hanover County Public Schools, as well as co-owner of CELAM, Inc.

Kimber is a highly qualified statistician and seasoned researcher. She brings to the Community Audit staff substantial experience in business management, advertising and training and development. These skills, coupled with her keen analytical abilities, equip her with an insightful approach to community advancement. She believes in the concrete value of open, two-way communication, and works to incorporate her background in mathematics and statistics into her daily life.
