New River/Mount Rogers Workforce Investment
Board(WIB) of Virginia's WIB Area II contracted
with Virginia Economic Bridge, Inc. to perform
a 12-month needs assessment for the region.
Utilizing economic, workforce and community
analyses, a Community Audit was developed
to address the opportunities and challenges
existing in the counties of Bland, Carroll,
Floyd, Giles, Grayson, Montgomery, Pulaski,
Smyth, Washington and Wythe, as well as
the cities of Radford, Galax and Bristol. |
